Activating and Deactivating Bivy Sticks in the Portal

Activating

To activate a Bivy Stick it needs to be added to your portal (https://www.bivygate.com/enterprise). Once it's been added follow these steps:

1. Make sure you're on the Customers Tab from the top, then locate your Bivy Stick (you can type in the 16-digit IMEI# and choose "Find Bivy Stick")

2.  Select the box for the Bivy Stick you want to activate, then choose "Edit" in the top right corner

3.  Choose the Plan you would like under the "Plan Type" field 

4. Then choose "Update" at the bottom

**When you first activate any device we require a 3-month commitment on the Plus Plan or higher. After those 3 months, you can switch to the Basic Plan or deactivate. For other activations, you can choose the Basic Plan from the beginning.  

Deactivating

1. Find the Bivy Stick you wish to deactivate

2. De-select the "Auto Renew" box from the AutoRenew/Plan column

3. You'll see a box that says "Turn OFF Auto Renew".  Choose "Accept" 

**The Stick will stay active through the end of the billing period. If you need to deactivate or clear a device immediately contact support@bivy.com.
