How Do I Change the Email Address on My Account

To change the email address on your account you'll need to contact support@bivy.com.

1. Send them the old email address and the new email address.
2. Once they update it, you'll receive a reset password email to the new email address. This link will expire in 10 minutes. You can always request a new password reset in the Bivy app if the link expires.
