How Do I Change the Email Address on My Account
To change the email address on your account, please contact support@bivy.com and provide the following information:
- Your current email address on the account
- The new email address you would like associated with the account
Once the email address has been updated, you will receive a password reset email at the new email address. Please note that the reset link expires after 10 minutes. If the link expires, you can request a new password reset directly through the Bivy app login page.
