How Do I Deactivate/Cancel My Bivy Stick Subscription?

To cancel your Bivy subscription, please follow these steps in the Bivy app:

  1. Open the Bivy app and tap Settings in the top-right corner.
  2. Select Bivy Stick Account.
    • You may be prompted to log in if you are not already signed in.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap Deactivate Account.
  4. Once the process is complete, the Deactivate Account button will change to Enable Auto Renew, confirming the subscription has been canceled.

Please note: When you deactivate your account, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current renewal period.
