How do the monthly plans work?

Monthly Plans

  • When you activate a plan it will be active for 30 days and then auto-renew if you don't cancel.
  • Any unused credits will roll over to the next month as long as you continue the monthly subscription.
  • If you cancel your subscription, you will lose any unused credits.
  • If you cancel, you will be reassigned a new phone number next time you activate.
  • We do not have a "pause" or "hold" option.

Annual Plans

  • Annual plans are still charged each month but at a discounted rate for a 12-month commitment.
  • All annual plans require a 12-month commitment. If you cancel before the 12 months, you will be charged a maximum of 3 months of service or the remaining months left in your contract. 
  • You can switch between any of the annual plans without a penalty and can keep your credits. 
  • When you have completed your 12 months, the plan will convert to a monthly plan but at the annual rate until you cancel. 
  • If you cancel you will be reassigned a new phone number next time you activate.
  • There is not a "pause" or "hold" option.

** We require a 3-month commitment on the Plus plan or higher when you first activate the device. After your 3 months are complete you can switch to a lower plan (if needed) or deactivate. This is only required on the first activation.
