Messaging to International Numbers

Messaging to International Numbers

  1. When sending a message to an international number, the preferred format is (+) (country code) (phone number), without the ( ).
  2. If your Bivy number and recipient number are from the same country, it can work without the country code, but it will be most reliable when using this format + (country code) (phone number).

**If you're having trouble sending or receiving messages to international numbers, you can also send messages via email, app to app messaging, or web messaging (if available in your country).
