The Weather Forecast Is Not Showing the Correct Location

Aeris is the weather provider we use for our forecasts. When retrieving weather reports, the Bivy Stick uses your phone's GPS to determine the location, so it's important that your phone's location services are on. You can also check that you have allowed Bivy access in your phone's permission settings and have it set to "Always" for the best results.
