We place a temporary pre-authorization on your card five days before your renewal date to help ensure your payment will process successfully. This gives us time to identify and resolve any issues with your payment method, such as an expired card or incorrect billing information, before your renewal date and helps prevent an unexpected account deactivation.

Please note that this is only a temporary authorization, not a charge. It will automatically be released within 24 hours.

You can update your credit card information in the Bivy app by going to:
