There's a Charge on My Account Before My Renewal Date

We perform a pre-authorization on your card 5 days before your renewal date to help ensure the payment will process successfully. This allows time to resolve any issues with the payment method on file, such as an expired card or incorrect billing information, before the renewal date, so your account does not unexpectedly deactivate.

Please note that this pre-authorization is temporary and will automatically be removed within 24 hours.

You can update your credit card information in the Bivy app by going to:
Settings > Bivy Stick Account > Update Credit Card
