What Happens to My Credits When I Cancel?

If you cancel your plan, any unused credits on the account will be forfeited. The phone number currently assigned to your device will also be discontinued.

If you reactivate service in the future, your device will be assigned a new phone number, and your monthly credits will start over from the beginning.
