Why is my Location Wrong?
If you initiate a Check-In message or share your location from the Bivy app, it will use your phone's GPS to generate the location. To ensure your location is accurate there are a few settings to verify:
1. Check to see that your location services are on.
2. Make sure you've allowed the Bivy app access to location services under your phone's settings. You can access this from your phone's settings > apps > Bivy. We recommend you have it set to "Always" or "While using the app".
3. Do not log in to your account with multiple devices.
If you initiate a Check-In message from the Bivy Stick, it will use the Bivy Stick's GPS.
